Appointment Booking:
To book an appointment, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and desired service. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any appointment at our discretion.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request at least 48 hours notice for any changes.

• Failure to provide 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.

• No-shows will be charged in full.

Payment:
Payment must be made in full at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept EFTPOS, Afterpay, and cash as payment methods. Please refer to our separate payment options policy for more details.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our services, refunds and exchanges are generally not provided. However, if you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date. Gift vouchers can be redeemed against all services & product at Wildflower Faces  excluding promotional services  

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.

 If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card. If Gift voucher is lost or stolen details must be provided with proof of purchase. 

Privacy:
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Please refer to our separate privacy policy for more details.

Liability:
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients, Wildflower Faces and its staff will not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during or as a result of our services.

Intellectual Property:
The content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our express written permission.

Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
